Box 938 <br />Lyons, CO 80540 <br />RE: Perdue Site; DRMS File No. M- 2000 -089; Notice of Enforcement Hearing <br />Dear Mr. Vasquez, <br />On April 11, 2012, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) determined the <br />Financial Warranty held for the Perdue site, DRMS File No. M- 2000 -089 is subject to forfeiture <br />in accordance with C.R.S. 34- 32.5- 118(1)(b). Also, pursuant to Rule 4.20(2), when the Board <br />determines a Financial Warranty is subject to forfeiture, the Board shall afford the Operator and <br />all Financial Warrantors the right to appear before the Board. <br />An Enforcement Hearing will be held for this matter during the August 8 and 9 2012 Board <br />Meeting. The hearing will be held in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, <br />beginning at 9:00 a.m. on August 8 or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered. Please <br />contact Sitira Pope of the Division at (303)866 -3567 on the Friday or Monday prior to the Board <br />Hearing to confirm exactly what day this item will appear before the Board.
