At the April <br />11, 2012 Board Hearing it was found the Financial Warranty is subject to forfeiture. Pursuant to <br />Rule 4.20(2) of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials, the Board is required to notify all Financial <br />Warrantors that a Financial Warranty is subject to forfeiture. The pertinent information for the <br />Letter of Credit is: <br />First Bank of Longmont <br /> <br />$12,500.00 <br />April 18, 2006 <br />April 18, 2013 <br />COLORADO <br />D I V I S I O N OF <br />RECLAMATION <br />MINING <br />— &— <br />SAFETY <br />John W. It will occur during the August 8 and 9 <br />2012 Board Meeting. The hearing will be held in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado, beginning at 9:00 am on August 8 or as soon thereafter as the matter can be <br />considered.
