Legal Right to Enter Property of <br /> the Permit, Sunnyside Gold Corporation (SGC) submits the following <br /> as documentation that Sunnyside has the legal right to enter the <br /> listed project sites and to satisfy any notification requirements <br /> in the Mining Remedial Project (MRP) work plan(s) of intent to <br /> implement projects. <br /> Pride of the West Tailings <br /> Implementation of the MRP for this project will begin early in the <br /> 1997 construction season. The projected start date is May 12 <br /> pending favorable weather conditions. <br /> Attached is an access agreement signed by the various parties <br /> involved with the property and agreements with two bordering <br /> property owners. With these agreements SGC has the legal right to <br /> enter the property and perform the work plan for this MRP. <br /> Gold Prince Mill Tailings <br /> Permitting issues for the mine waste tailings remediation portion <br /> of this project have been resolved and the amended work plan is <br /> scheduled to be implemented starting mid-July pending access <br /> availability. The portal bulkhead is scheduled to be completed <br /> before surface reclamation is started. <br />
