With submittal of these documents, the total <br /> amount of financial warranty held by the Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br /> the Sunnyside Mine has been increased by $697, 000. 00. This additional <br /> financial warranty was required to cover the cost for a potential one time <br /> replacement of the American and Terry Tunnel bulkhead seals. By submittal <br /> of this additional financial warranty, Sunnyside Gold Corporation has <br /> completely satisfied the terms of condition no. 3 to the approval of <br /> technical revision no. 14 to the Sunnyside Mine reclamation permit. With <br /> the satisfaction of commitment no. 3, the flooding of the Sunnyside Mine <br /> that commenced at the end of July, 1996 may proceed as planned.
