The site is an underground metal mine and surface facility site. The Site <br />Plan included shows the details of the surface facilities. As shown on the SPCC Plan Map the mill that <br />processes the ore mined from the Revenue Mine is located underground onsite. The chemicals and <br />materials listed in this Plan are used in the Underground Mill. The two main mill tunnels will be graded <br />at a minimum of I% so that they both drain to a central sump. This ensures that no spills or leaks can <br />leave the mill area. This central sump will have a capacity of 3000 gallons, which is far more than any of <br />the tanks that will be stored in the mill area. <br />2.2 Chemical List <br />Various chemicals will be stored on site for use in the milling operation.
