DISCHARGES AUTHORIZEDBY THIS PERMIT: <br /> The sites that will be permitted are likely to discharge pollutants to waters of the State as a result of 1)precipitation <br /> falling on top of and then running off the site, 2)surface drainage from other catchment areas flowing across the site, <br /> or, 3)short term releases of water held within the sites which may be released during site excavation. Such discharges <br /> are subject to regulation as "point sources"through the Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS), and are not <br /> allowable except as authorized through the issuance of a permit which contains terms and conditions that are <br /> developed in compliance with the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations(6.1.0). <br />
