Notification to Parties <br /> All notification requirements under this section shall be directed as follows: <br /> a. Chanae in Discharge <br /> The permittee shall notify the Division,in writing,of any planned physical alterations or additions to the pen�itted facility. <br /> Notice is required only when: <br /> a. The alteration or addition could significantly change the nature or increase the quantity or pollutants discharged;or <br /> b. The alteration or addition results in a significant change in the pernittee's sludge use or disposal practices,and such <br /> alteration,addition,or change may justify the application of permit conditions that are different from or absent in the <br /> existing permit,including notification of additional use or disposal sites not reported pursuant to an approved land <br /> application plan. <br /> The permittee shall give advance notice to the Division of any planned changes in the permitted facility or activity which may <br /> result in noncompliance with permit requirements. <br /> Whenever notification of any planned physical alterations or additions to the permitted facility is required pursuant to this <br /> section„the permittee shall furnish the.Division such plans and specifications which the Division deems reasonably necessary <br /> to evaluate the effect on the discharge,the stream,or ground water. If the Division finds that such new or altered discharge <br /> might be inconsistent with the conditions of the permit,the Division shall require a new or revised permit application and <br /> shall follow the procedures specified in Sections 6.6.0 through 6.7.0,and 6.16.0 of the Regulations for the State Discharge <br /> Permit System. <br />
