Sunnyside Mine Pool Mitigation - Alkaline Solution Injection <br /> SGC was listed in the MRP as controlling all access required for <br /> this project. The surface installation for this project will be <br /> within the MLR permitted lands and a Technical Revision (TR-019) <br /> was submitted to Permit No. M-77-378 for this MRP. The approval <br /> letter is attached. <br /> Cement Creek Diversion and Treatment <br /> This project is not a MRP but is a commitment in the Consent Decree <br /> and Order by SGC. The land required for this project is controlled <br /> by SGC and is within the MLR permitted lands. A TR (TR-019) was <br /> submitted to Permit No. M-77-378 to construct the diversion <br /> facilities for this project. The TR approval letter is the same as <br /> discussed above and is attached. <br /> These are the projects in the MRP Permit and Consent Decree that <br /> SGC has the legal right of entry as of today. <br /> Please notify me if this information is not adequate. <br /> "I certify under penalty of law that this document and all <br /> attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in <br /> accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br /> personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. <br /> Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, <br /> or those persons directly responsible for gathering the <br /> information, the information submitted is to the best of my <br /> knowledge and belief, true, accurate and complete.
