Other than several corrections of typographical mistakes,the changes to the <br /> February 29, 1996 proposed Consent Decree are as follows: <br /> a. Page 12,paragraph 7(c). The third sentence of this paragraph was <br /> changed to reflect comments from EPA. <br /> b. Page 15, paragraph 9(c). This paragraph was modified to clarify the <br /> circumstances and process under which SGC may reduce or eliminate treatment of <br /> Cement Creek flows at the American Tunnel Treatment Plant. <br /> C. Page 17, paragraph 10(a)(iv). The language was clarified to reflect the <br /> location of the monitoring point. <br /> d. page 20, paragraph 13. This paragraph was modified to impose time <br /> limits on the submission of Work Plans for additional work project proposals: <br /> e. Page 24, paragraph 22. This paragraph was changed in response to <br /> comments from EPA. <br /> f. Page 25,paragraph 24(b). This paragraph was changed in response to <br /> comments from EPA and includes an agreement to continue whole effluent toxicity <br /> (WET)tests until after treatment of Cement Creek flows begins. <br /> g. Page 26, paragraph 25(a). This paragraph was changed in response to <br /> 43380-1.J/&96 2 <br />
