XX. RETENTION OF DISTRICT COURT JURISDICTION/ <br /> DISPUTE RESOLUTION <br /> 37. Retention of-District Court Juri dictio /Di putP RP¢nlution. This Court will <br /> retain jurisdiction over this Consent Decree for the purpose of resolving any disputes <br /> regarding the interpretation or requirements of this Consent Decree and to resolve any disputes <br /> which may arise between the parties pursuant thereto. Any such dispute may be brought <br /> before the Court by a written motion from either party and the procedure for resolution of the <br /> dispute will be determined by the Court. <br /> XXI. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> 38. This Consent Decree shall become effective upon the date of its entry by the <br /> Court. <br /> XXII. rOVEILNED BY COLORADO LAW <br /> 39.
