of the tetrahedrite and depression of the galena. All of the products from the sulfide mineral
separations will be sellable.
Filtration and Thickening
The final tailings from the scavenger flotation will be sent to a thickener. The thickened underflow
from the thickener tank will be sent to a filter for final removal of process water which can be re-
used in the process. The filtered tailings will be sent via an 18 inch conveyor to a covered outside
shed for further haulage and reclamation. The concentrates from the flotation cells will be sent to
their respective concentrate filters. The water from the filters will also be reused in the process as
to eliminate any discharge. The filtered concentrates will be bagged in super sacks and hauled off
site for sale.
7.2 Facilities Description
Map C -4 shows the mine in its full extent, with both tailings /waste piles fully open.
