3. Mining and Reclamation <br />The Revenue Mine will be developed along proven remaining veins in the Virginius workings area <br />and the Yellow Rose area. Both of these are shown on Map C -5. They will be mined via shrinkage <br />stoping. Material excavated from the mine will be predominantly ore, which will then be sent via <br />rail car to the underground processing facility. Product from processing will be placed in trucks and <br />hauled off site, with tailings dewatered and stored in the waste dumps. Reclamation of the Revenue <br />Mine will take place in stages both during mining and at the end of mine life. It will involve the <br />teardown of facilities along with the capping of waste dumps and revegetation of all disturbed areas. <br />Mining details can be found in Exhibit D, reclamation plans in Exhibit E, and processing details in <br />Exhibit T, <br />Star Mine Operations, LLC is the permittee of the Revenue Mine. <br />Revenue Mine August 2012 i - <br />
