Surface Mill Tailings at Eureka <br />Page 3 <br />Contingency Plans <br />Sediment traps will be created as needed below the project to prevent tailings from being <br />washed into the Animas River. The traps will be cleaned and removed when no longer necessary for <br />project. <br />Legal Right to Enter and Conduct Activities <br />Besides SGC there are two other owners who will be contacted for permission to enter and <br />conduct activities on their property. SGC will contact property owners after substantial agreement <br />on remedial projects is reached. No work will commence until property owners' permission is <br />obtained.
