• 2.05.6(2)
is
•
Non - persistent pesticides will be used for control of noxious weeds
only as described in Section 2.05.4. Only pesticides having
approval of the Environmental Protection Agency and the appropriate
Colorado agencies will be used.
The restoration of all disturbed areas to a condition similar or
better than pre- mining conditions will have a positive effect on
wildlife in the area. The effect of this reclamation practice will
be the reconstruction of suitable topographic setting similar to
that found in an adjacent undisturbed area.
Throughout the conduct of operations within the permit area, the
Operator will be available for consultation with the Colorado
Division of Wildlife to insure that the expectations of the fish
and wildlife plan are being realized. As necessary, modifications
will be made, in cooperation with this agency to further minimize
disturbances and adverse impact on fish and wildlife and related
environmental values and to further enhance these resources, where
practical.
2,05 -54 Rev. 11 -30 -93
