NECC Additional Items Revised: <br />1. The Soil Storage Stockpile and Topsoil Stockpile locations have been swapped due to the potential conflict <br />with the overhead power line. In order to accommodate the Soil Storage Stockpile footprint, Ditch 46 -3% <br />has been rerouted to flow into D53, and then into Containment Area No. 2. Please see revised Map 14. <br />Division: Response is sufficient. <br />2. Two culverts have been added to D41 to provide access to the DWDA during construction. These culverts <br />will be temporary and will be removed upon completion of the DWDA pile. <br />Division: Response is sufficient. <br />3.
