No <br />representative of Hayden Gulch Terminal was present during the inspection. Weather conditions were warmand <br />dry; ground conditions were extremely dry. <br />Ditches 3 and 7 have been redefined so that the ditchesmerge where the railroad track section has been removed <br />(former tipple area) and flow is directed to Truck Loop Pond 2.Runoff from the regraded stockpile and tipple <br />area is directed via Ditch 3 to the Truck LoopPond 2, as approved on Exhibit 12-2 of the permit application <br />package; all disturbed area runoff is being passed through a sedimentation pond. Drainage from the reclaimed <br />road and outslope ispassing through straw wattles before exiting the permit area via culvert TAHRC-1, as <br />approved in Exhibit 12-2. <br />The Truck Loop Pond 1 held water but was not discharging. <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />Number of PartialInspection this Fiscal Year: 9 <br />Number of CompleteInspections this Fiscal Year: 5 <br />23 <br />Page of <br />
