There will also be an area of Coarse Free Draining Material ( "CFDM ") that will serve as an area <br />of increased capacity for any potential solution infiltration as needed. DCF will not be placed <br />over the newly installed sections of liner, but will be placed or maintained beneath CFDM <br />placement. Construction quality assurance will be <br />provided by AMEC.
