Introduction: This is a conversion of an existing 110 pit to a 112. This pit was recently transferred from a private party to Las Animas County. There are two existing topsoil stockpile locations, north and east of the existing excavation area, that have portions of such currently outside the existing boundaries as permitted within the 110 boundaries.
