Pineda <br />Director <br />PO Box 250 <br />Hayden, CO 81639 <br />Re: Coal Exploration File No. X- 2006- 214 -01 <br />Dear Ms. Hunt: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve a partial bond <br />release of coal exploration bond submitted by BTU Empire Corporation for Notice of Intent No. X- <br />2006- 214 -01. The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in <br />Moffat County. An inspection showed that reclamation is complete at four of the ten approved <br />locations.
