This project is
located in Sections 11, 13, 14, 24, 25, and 36, Township 5 South, Range 65 West, Arapahoe
County, Colorado.
As I stated in my last response to your reports, "I will miss reading them though...."
This office has reviewed the report and - as usual- is impressed with the lucid portrayal of the
mitigation work. You have aptly documented what was learned from this project and — in good
conscience — I must declare that the 2011 report is the final one.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 979 -4120.
Copy Furnished:
Mr. Scott Davis
Schmidt Aggregates, Inc.
11 -01 Topeka Way
Castle Rock, Colorado 80104
Mr. Pete Milonas
Colorado Board of Land Commissioners
1313 Sherman Street, Room 621
Denver, Colorado 80203
Sincerely,
ttite
Mar Lan orth
L tom' Y KM.15_
Project Manager
Denver Regulatory Office
