ABSTRACT
The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology requested that Mid-Continent
Resources run acute Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests using C dubia and
Total Suspended Solids analysis on the influent and effluent of the Rock Tunnel
Ponds. The Purpose of these tests was to determine if the influent was acutely
toxic to C dubia and to determine the impact the Rock Tunnel ponds have on
the toxicity of the effluent. Results found that the influent was acutely toxic to
C. dubia on the dates tested. In addition results found the effluent was not
acutely toxic on June 18 but was acutely toxic on June 25.
COMMERCIAL TESTING & ENGINEERING CO.
F-466
Original Watermarked For Your Protection
