r <br /> Jim Herron -2- March 2, 1982 <br /> Topography within Coal Basin is characterized by steep, erratic, deeply eroded <br /> terrain. Elevations in the basin range from 7,180 feet where Coal Creek <br /> enters the Crystal River, to 11,500 feet along the crest of Huntsman Ridge <br /> (see cross-sectional drawing in Plate II of the permit application) .
