No problems were identified with respect to the requirements of these
sections.
The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this
section.
XXV. Operations on Lands Subject to Limitations or Prohibitions -
Rules 2.03. and 2. 10
The Division finds, pursuant to the finding required by 2.07.6(2)(d) ,
that the permit area of the proposed operation is not within:
a. an area designated unsuitable for mining;
b. an area under study for de ig at-ion unsuitable for surface

XXVI. Demonstration that Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation
Operations can be Feasibly Accomplished - Rule 2.01.E(2) (b)
Contingent upon the satisfactory resolution of stipulations presented in
this Findings Document, the following finding of compliance is valid:
The Division finds, pursuant to Rule 2.U7.6(2)(b), based on information
in the application and from all available sources, that surface coal
ruining and reclamation operations can be feasibly accomplished under the
Mining and Reclamation Plan contained in the application.
The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this
section.
XXVII. Compatibility with Anticipated Adjacent Operations - Rule
2.O .b i
The Coal Basin Mines is the only coal mining operation in the vicinity
and no other operations are anticipated.
Therefore,' pursuant to Rule 2.07.6(2) (i ) , the Division finks that the
proposed operations will not be inconsistent with other operations
anticipated to be perf orned in areas jacent to the proposed per-nit area.
