We urge that this information be integrated into the National <br /> Environmental Policy Act analysis and the analysis required under section 4 M of the <br /> Department of Transportation Aet, if this is a transportation project, to bring about the <br /> best possible program decisions. <br /> This determination does not serve in any manner as a veto to uses of property, <br /> with or without Federal participation or assistance.
