American Tunnel Bulkhead <br /> Page 4 <br /> The x-sections maximum dimensions are in the range of 12. 5 ' x 14. 2 ' <br /> and the average dimensions are smaller . <br /> The design assumption was a 13' x 13' x-section. As discussed <br /> previously, this is consistant with the 13 ' rib to rib dimension <br /> assumed for design with an additional 4% factor of safety.
