V. Status of Problem Resolution <br /> The following items concern problems identified at previous inspections. <br /> Problems are classified into two categories. These are: (1) problems <br /> resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is resolved <br /> or the date that the operator is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br /> Problems Resolved <br /> NOV C-84-085 <br /> The operator has revised the permit application to include a <br /> contingency plan for treating runoff to remove suspended <br /> solids. This plan includes a metering system for the addition <br /> of any chemical additives. Violation terminated. <br /> NOV C-84-090 <br /> The operator has revised the permit application to include a <br /> contingency plan for treating runoff entering the Mines #1 and <br /> #2 sediments ponds to remove suspended solids. This plan <br /> includes a metering system for the addition of any chemical <br /> additives. Violation terminated. <br /> NOV C-84-094 <br /> The operator has installed the approved spillways on the Arctic <br /> Circle ponds. Violation terminated. <br /> NOV C-84-097 <br /> The operator has constructed the approved sediment control <br /> system for the Mine #3 lower bin pad. Violation terminated. <br /> NOV C-84-154 <br /> The operator has obtained Division approval of a revision for <br /> temporary disposal of coal processing waste at the Rock Tunnel <br /> waste disposal area. Violation terminated. <br />
