Comments - Compliance <br /> Below are particular issues with regard to any of the compliance items. <br /> Enforcement actions resulting from failure to comply with the Act, Rules and <br /> Regulations, and the permit also are identified below. <br /> It was observed that NOV C-84-166 has not been completely abated prior to this <br /> inspection. Mr. Bowman stated that muddy conditions had prevented completion <br /> of the required abatement. Based on observations that the area was still very <br /> wet, the abatement deadline was extended from November 16, 1984 to <br /> December 3, 1984. <br />
