Thus, <br />your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of June 25, 2012. <br />The application form submitted for RN6 is for a minor revision, technical revision or permit revision. A <br />different application form is required for a permit renewal. Please fill out the correct form and submit it to <br />the Division.
