INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Bear Coal Company <br /> Permit 77-241 <br /> Inspected April 22, 1982 <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Bear Mine by Ms. Mowry to check the <br /> compliance of a recommendation to repair a berm and to pull material back <br /> from an undisturbed slope made by Dan Mathews on March 26, 1982. The <br /> recommendations by Mr. Mathews were partially completed; however, Ms. Mowry <br /> was satisfied with progress being made and revised the recommendation to <br /> upgrade the berm all along the west mine haul road. <br /> We walked the perimeter of the permit area and found all perimeter markers, <br /> surface drainage and buffer zones in order. <br /> After the inspection we returned to the mine office and Ms. Mowry noticed <br /> that the dust was not being sufficiently suppressed so she recommended to Mr. <br /> Springer that some means of dust control be implemented. <br /> No other action was taken by OSM or MLRD. <br /> 9�4 1,,9,.e-10 �Z� <br /> 00 <br /> R e c 1 a m a X*kj7ecialist <br />
