ZV. Status of Problem Resolution <br /> The following items concern problems identified at previous inspection. Problems are classified <br /> into three categories. These are: (1) problems resolved; (2) resolution still in process; and <br /> (3) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is resolved or the date that the operator <br /> is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br /> PROBLEMS RESOLVED <br /> 4, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26 and 27. <br /> RESOLUTION IN PROGRESS <br /> 7. Submit an acceptable plan for removal of snow at the prep plant area by August 20, <br /> 1982. (Extended on June 29, 1982 at operator's request.) <br /> 10. Submit an acceptable plan for removal of snow from the mine benches to insure that <br /> erosion is not increased and to insure that the prevailing hydrologic balance is <br /> protected by August 20, 1982. <br /> 25. Following removal' of the coal on the Mine #2 stockpile, the coal outside the <br /> protective berm must be cleaned up. October 1, 1982. <br /> END OF REPORT <br />
