V. Status of Problem Resolution <br /> The following items concern problems identified at previous inspections. Problems are classi- <br /> fied into two categories. These are: (1) problems resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. <br /> The date that the problem is resolved or the date that the operator is deemed delinquent is <br /> to be clearly stated. <br /> Problem Resolved: <br /> No. 31) The following culverts have been cleaned as required: <br /> a) the first culvert below mine no. l; <br /> b) the first culvert above the rock tunnel; <br /> c) the first culvert above the mine no.5 switchback. <br /> No. 32) The ditch below the truck dump has been cleaned. <br /> No. 33) The berm along the edge of the truck dump pad has been restored. <br /> No. 30) The bus garage, MK and 007 pond have been cleaned. <br /> No. 25) Coal has been cleaned from the outslope of the mine no. 2 stockpile. <br /> No. 7) A plan has been submitted for show removal at the prep plan.. <br /> No,, 10) A plan has been submitted for snow removal from the mine benches. <br /> Resolution in Progress: <br /> No, 29)_ Clean sediment from the preparation plant slurry pond by October 1, 1982. <br /> No.. 34) A berm has been constructed on the mine no, 3 upper bin pad. This <br /> area should be looked at next month to ensure that it is functioning <br /> properly. <br /> No. 36) Place perimeter markers around that portion of the permit area <br /> to be disturbed by surface operations by October 1 , 1982. <br />
