General Comments <br /> This complete inspection was conducted in the third quarter of 1982 because snow generally <br /> makes most observations difficult in the last quarter. All the drainage control systems <br /> were inspected so problems could be corrected before snow made it impossible. One other <br /> complete inspection was made this quarter in July. <br /> Brian Munson was present on a portion of the inspection, September 15, 1982, to become <br /> familiar with the Coal Basin operation. <br />
