IV. Status of Problem Resolution <br /> The following Items Concern problems identif'ad at Orevious insDecricn. Problems are C-lassified <br /> into three Categories. These are: (1) problems resol red; (2) resolution still in process; and <br /> (3) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is resolved or the date that the operator <br /> is deemed delinquent is to be Clearly stated. <br /> i 1. The berm along Coal Creek has been built up. Problem Resolved. <br /> 2. The wash plant-refuse pile perimeter ditch must be cleaned by June 15, 1981. <br /> Resolution Still in Progress. <br /> 3. The Division has not received the method proposed to divert undisturbed drainage <br /> from the wash plant area, although this was discussed during the inspection. This infor- <br /> mation is due by June 15, 1981. Resolution Still in Progress. <br /> 4. A dragline was taken to the ponds below the refuse pile to clean them out during <br /> the inspection.
