I <br /> 4.02 Signs and Markers <br /> All required signs were present. <br /> 4.03 Roads <br /> All roads seemed to be well-maintained and ditches were clear of obstructions. <br /> 4.05 Hydrologic Balance <br /> The channel below the mine #1 and 2 sediment pond needs to be redefined to avoid <br /> excess erosion below the pond. <br /> The discharge pipe at the mine #5 sediment pond must be backfilled where the soil <br /> has settled. <br /> A berm and ditch system has been constructed along the West side of the wash <br /> plant to divert undisturbed surface flow. <br />
