IV. Status of Problem 2esolution <br /> The following items concert problems identified at previous insaec=ion. Problems are classified <br /> three ree categories. rhese are: (1) problems resolved; (2) resolution still in process; and <br /> (3) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is resolved or the date that the operator <br /> is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br /> 1. The embankment of the pond on the SE corner of the refuse pile must be backfilled <br /> to maintain one foot of freeboard by August 24, 1981 - Resolution in Progress. <br /> 2. The operator should clean the trash from below the fan access road at mine #1 <br /> before the end of September - Resolution in Progress. <br /> 3. Haul road ditches must be cleaned by August 24, 1981 - Resolution in Progress. <br />
