This area had been backfilled and compacted, as requested, to <br /> assure that disturbed drainage does not enter Dutch Creek. <br /> Two other problems noted in the November inspection have not been corrected. The <br /> riser on the dewatering device of the lower refuse pile pond should be replaced <br /> and a berm should be constructed along Coal Creek northwest of the thermal dryers. <br /> No additional problems were noted. <br />
