On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL), the following responses have been
prepared in reply to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS') comments
and concerns regarding the above referenced technical revision application stated in
the letter dated June 18, 2012.
Enclosed is amended page 2.05 -49. MR -129 was changed to TR -73 as requested.
The DRMS' $256,100.19 reclamation estimate is acceptable to BRL.
