This is to advise you that the requisite insurance policy and bonds have been approved and
that the agreement covering the above named project has been fully executed.
The Division of Minerals and Geology will be sole provider of information about the project work
to area residents and special districts, county, state and federal agencies and individuals from
the media. Any contact with these groups by the contractor must be cleared through the
Division.
You are hereby authorized and directed to proceed within ten (10) days from the date of this
notice as required in the Agreement.
