Based on our discussions this week, and the conference call with Steve Renner, I am
unable to find evidence or documentation of circumstances that change my determination
of June 7, 2000 concerning your status as a bidder.
The Coal Basin Weed Control Project (PKA-8-1083)will be awarded today. You are not
the low responsive, responsible bidder, as required by CRS 24-103-202(7). In
accordance with CRS 24-109-102(1) you may protest this action, in writing, within seven
(7) working days. If you choose to do so, you must send your protest to me at the
Department of Natural Resources, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 423, Denver, CO, 80203.
