Project Work Description <br /> Unit price shall be FOB destination, and include delivery to Carbondale, Colorado. <br /> Delivery must be made by May 7, 2000 to the following address: <br /> Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology +� <br /> C/O: Colorado Division of Wildlife <br /> Crystal River Fish Hatchery <br /> 2957 Highway 133 <br /> Carbondale, Colorado, 81623 <br /> The mixtures must be formulated and delivered in accordance with the following <br /> specifications: <br /> Coal Basin Mine Site Seed Mixture: Please provide the mix in forty eight (48), two (2) <br /> acre bags having 25.48 pounds of Pure Live Seed per bag, with the seed packaged <br /> within each bag as noted in the Mixing Instructions, below. The total seed for this order <br /> shall be 1,212.8 pounds PLS. <br /> s <br /> Pond Reclamation Seed Mixture: Please provide the mix in thirteen (13), one (1) acre <br /> bags, with the seed packaged within each one acre bag as noted in the Mixing <br /> Instructions, below. The total seed for this order shall be 204 pounds. <br /> Diversion Mixture: Please provide the mix in one (1) bag, containing 15 pounds of Pure <br /> Live Seed. The total seed for this order shall be 15 pounds PLS. <br /> If varieties other than those specified for each species are to be offered, please write in <br /> the name of the offering on the appropriate seed mixture table (enclosed) and return it <br /> with your bid. Failure to provide the specified variety may result in rejection of the bid. <br /> Mixing Instructions <br /> For the Coal Basin Mine Site Seed Mixture, seed shall be thoroughly pre-mixed in the <br /> specified proportions and delivered in 47 bags consisting of a two (2) acre batch of <br /> seed at the rate specified, and one (1) bag containing a 1.2 acre batch of seed at the <br /> rate specified. The seed denoted by an asterisk (*) in Table 1, Coal Basin Mine <br /> Site Seed Mixture, shall be placed in a separate container enclosed within each <br /> seed bag. <br /> For the Pond Reclamation Seed Mixture, seed shall be thoroughly pre-mixed in the <br /> specified proportions and delivered in bags consisting of a one (1) acre batch of seed <br /> at the rate specified.
