Delivery must be made by May 7, 2000 to the following address: <br /> Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br /> C/O: Colorado Division of Wildlife <br /> Warehouse <br /> 6060 Broadway <br /> Denver, Colorado, 80216 <br /> NOTE-THE VENDOR SHALL NOTIFY THE DIVISION (Jim McArdle or Yvonne Brannon-303- <br /> 866-3789) at least one week prior to mixing to allow the Division the opportunity to <br /> arrange for inspection of the seed and monitoring of the mixing process by a <br /> representative of the Division. <br /> The mixtures must be formulated and delivered in accordance with the following <br /> specifications: <br /> Coal Basin Mine Site Seed Mixture (Table 1): Please provide the mix in forty eight (48), two (2) <br /> acre bags having 25.48 pounds of Pure Live Seed per bag, with the seed packaged within each <br /> bag as noted in the Mixing Instructions, below. The total seed for this order shall be 1,212.8 <br /> pounds PLS. <br /> Pond Reclamation Seed Mixture (Table 2): Please provide the mix in thirteen (13), one (1) acre <br /> bags, with the seed packaged within each one acre bag as noted in the Mixing_lnstructions, <br /> below. The total seed for this order shall be 204 pounds. <br /> Diversion Mixture (Table 3): Please provide the mix in one (1) bag, containing 15 pounds of Pure <br /> Live Seed. The total seed for this order shall be 15 pounds PLS. <br /> 2 <br />
