Mulch will be applied at the rate of two (2)tons per acre. The mulch must be <br /> anchored to the ground surface either by hand or through the use of a tackifier. <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Measurement and payment for this Task will be on a lump sum basis. The rehabilitated <br /> roadways will be paid at the lump sum price bid on the Bid Schedule Item 9. The price <br /> bid shall include all costs for labor,materials, equipment and all other items necessary for <br /> road rehabilitation as described in these specifications, including scarification of the <br /> roads,repair of low water crossings and water bars, and revegetauon. Payment for this <br /> task will be made only for the price shown under Item 9 of the Bid Schedule. Payment <br /> shall be as this task is completed and approved by the Project Manager. <br /> Task 10-Additional Bid Items <br /> There several additional bid items on the Revised Bid Schedule. These bid items are <br /> NOT guaranteed, and will be used only at the discretion of the Project Manager.
