A copy of the attendance list is attached. -A revised bid schedule is also attached. Please note the following clarifications and amendments to the Coal Basin Mine Slope Stabilization Project Invitation and Bid: 1. Additional acreage is being added to the Project. Please see Task 10, below. 2. The maximum allowable width of access trails across previously reclaimed roads is approximately eight feet (8') approximately the outside width of a D- 4 dozer. All equipment,including trucks, mdlers and All Terrain Vehicles, must confine their travel to this eight feet(8')wide track. 3. Road Rehabilitation measurement and payment is being changed to a Lump Sum unit. Please see Revised Task 9,below. 4. The requirement for the mulch to be bundled in 800 to 1,000 pound bales is deleted. The weight of the individual bales will not be measured. The re uirement for the mulch to consist of certified noxious weed free or noxious weed seed free Slender Wheat ass remain unchanged- The amount of male hi to be placed remains at 2,000 pounds per acre. All terms and conditions of the Invitation and Bid other than as changed by this amendment remain the same. Receipt and acceptance of this amendment must be acknowledged on the bid submittal form.
