Payment for this Task will be reflected in a lump sum bid under Item 1 on the Bid Schedule. <br />This lump sum bid will cover all costs necessary and incidental to posting and removing signs, <br />and applying the specified herbicide at the required rate per acre. The lump sum price shall <br />include all equipment, machinery and labor necessary to complete the Task as described in this <br />specification. If significantly less than 90% of the target species are not killed by the application, <br />or if a significant number of non - target species are killed by the application, Payment will be <br />adjusted as described above. Payment will be made only for the price bid in Item 1 of the Bid <br />Schedule, except if modified as a result of the sampling procedure, and as work is completed <br />and approved by PROJECT MANAGER. <br />6 <br />
