We would like to <br />purchase the 2002 Mine Site Seed Mixture and the 2002 Outslope Seed Mixture. The <br />attached Tables describe the type and quantity of seed to be contained in each mixture. <br />The quotes you provided indicate that the price of the 2002 Mine Site Seed Mixture will <br />be $39.15 per acre, delivered, and that the 2002 Outslope Seed Mixture will be $38.00 <br />per acre, delivered. <br />Please formulate the mixtures according to the following specifications: <br />2002 Mine Site Seed Mixture: Please provide the mix in fifteen (15), two (2) acre bags <br />having 26.94 pounds of Pure Live Seed per bag, with the seed packaged within each <br />bag as noted in the Mixing Instructions, below. The total seed for this order is 404.10 <br />pounds PLS. <br />2002 Outslope Seed Mixture: Please provide the mix in thirty (30), one (1) acre_bags, <br />having 16.5 pounds of Pure Live Seed per bag, with the seed packaged within each <br />bag as noted in the Mixing Instructions, below. The total seed for this order is 495 <br />pounds. <br />If varieties other than those specified for each species are to be offered, please contact <br />me before mixing the seed so that we can discuss the proposed changes. <br />Mixing Instructions: Please mix and bag the seed as indicated here and in the attached <br />Tables. Seed indicated by an asterisk ( *) is small, and must be placed in separate bags <br />or containers enclosed within each one or two acre seed bag. Except for the small <br />seed, please thoroughly pre -mix the remaining seed in the required proportions.
