A new ctate,nent of probable hydrologic consequences incorporating the <br /> effects of the road systeia on Dutch Creek and Coal Creek is due this <br /> fall. No specific date was set, therefore, the revised Statement must be <br /> submitteu by Jecember 21 , 1983. <br /> J. r, report on samplinJ of the revegetateu portion of the coal <br /> processing waste pile, to determine what deptn of topsoil is necessary to <br /> meet reveezation success standards, is due this fall. Subsequently, the <br /> pen-nit application may regjire revision to incorporate the finding. <br /> 4. The final condition, is Gnat reveyetation test plots must be <br /> estaulished this fall on the ,nine bench outslopes. As is laid out in the <br /> scope of worK, test plots should be set up for the east, north, and south <br /> aspects. The Division will verify the estanlisnment of tnese plots <br /> during regular inspections. <br /> I uelieve tnis covers all the stipulations ano special conditions which <br /> require action upon in the near future.
