I 'm not <br /> sure about using it in the description of the Pattern of Violation . <br /> because I 'm not sure that Mid-Continent ever agreed that the <br /> large number of NOVs , primarily from one inspection in late May <br /> 1984 , constituted a pattern. I ' ll check with Mr . Delaney . <br /> We are working to update the table listing Other Licenses <br /> and Permits and will send you a copy when it is completed . <br /> The original public notice with proof of publication will <br /> remain in the permit application . <br /> The legal description of Tract A is correct . See copy of <br /> survey map attached . <br /> I ' ll respond to your review of the TR to suspend subsidence <br /> monitoring by separate letter .
