Candace Thompson <br /> Mined Land Reclamation Division <br /> 423 Centennial Building <br /> 1313 Sherman Street <br /> Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> Dear Candace : <br /> In your letter of March 18 , 1986 concerning your Mid- <br /> Term Review findings , you imposed a deadline of May 15 , <br /> 1986 , for submittal of the remaining permit application <br /> update , hydrologic descriptions and PHC , and response to <br /> bond calculations . <br /> As per our telephone conversation on this date , we <br /> request a two week extension of the imposed deadline . <br /> Doug Bowman is in the process of completing the hydrologic <br /> sections and I am about to complete our re-examination of <br /> the reclamation costs . These need to be staffed with your <br /> division and approvals or accommodations worked out before <br /> those portions of the application can be up-dated . <br /> Preparation of the technical revision for the enlargement <br /> of the Sutey refuse pile together with other unforeseen <br /> priority tasks have also contributed to our being unable <br /> to complete the update work by May 15 . <br /> Consequently , we request extension of the deadline <br /> from May 15 to May 29 , 1986 . <br /> Sincerely , <br /> George E .
