The legal description of the mine site: <br /> Portions of Sections 31 , 32, T9S, R89W; <br /> Portions of Sections 5, 61 7, 8, 10, 11 , 14, 15, <br /> 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, T10S, R89W; <br /> Portions of Sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 14, 23, 24, <br /> 25, T1OS, R90W; <br /> Portions of Section 36, T9S, R90W. <br /> The permit area encompassed approximately <br /> 11 ,380 acres_ The surface disturbance area cov- <br /> ered 294 acres which have been reclaimed. <br /> This decision is based on a complete inspection <br /> and a written finding as required by Rule <br /> 5,02.2(8)(a) of -the Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br /> Reclamation Act, Section 34 33 101 , et seq., <br /> C.R.S., and the regulations ppromulgated thereun- <br /> der.
