<br />Rule - making. Continued from the November 1990 Board Meeting when the
<br />MLR Board initiated rule- making on the Rules and Regulations of the
<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, pursuant to the Colorado Surface
<br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act. The hearing was continued until OSMRE
<br />published a final decision regarding rules promulgated by the Board on
<br />May 23, 1990. On January 14, 1991, OSMRE published their final
<br />decision (Federal Register, Vol. 56, No. 9, pp. 1363 - 1372). Based on
<br />the OSMRE decision, the following amendments will be considered:
<br />A) Delete Rules 3.03.3, Termination of Jurisdiction; 4.14(e),
<br />Alternative Reclamation Schedules and 5.2:2(8) & (9) , Inspections at
<br />Abandoned Sites AND B) Amend Rules 4.05.3(1)(c), (d) & (e),
<br />4.05.8(1), 4.05.77) & 5.04.7(1)
